Travel & Holidays

I've decided to open a travel thread. If you've been on holiday and you'd like to share your experiences with us, this is the place to do just that. If you're thinking of going somewhere, and would like advice, I'm sure there's bound to be someone on the forum that can help out. I would love to travel the entire world, but as yet haven't had the opportunity. Here's my list of the places I'd like to visit first:

Las Vegas
New York
Scotland
Ireland
Colorado
The Seychelles or any other exotic island

Those on your list are on my list too. The only one I've been too is Ireland, and I'd love to go back. I was in Dublin for 3 days (2 nights) and I really enjoyed the city. The general vibe I got was great. And we (I went with my sis) also took a day tour to the south east of Ireland, to the Wicklow Mountains, which is the are where Braveheart for instance was recorded. It was very beautiful and the small towns and such were very very nice. I probably liked it better than Rome, my other good experience. I've also been to Barcelona recently, which is a very nice city too, but Rome was much nicer since the things to see hold much more value for me. But Dublin had the best vibe of em all, and we had awesome weather (by Irish standards). We had almost no rain and we even had sun with a max of about 22C. For me it should be either that or well below freezing . In Italy we didn't check out the nature much, in Barcelona we travelled past the mountains/hills every day and it's very beautiful there. Other than that I have been to Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg. Never been to England (yet).

Another country on my list is Canada. I'd also like to see Florida and New Zealand and a whole lot more, lol

Which part of Africa, Dante? Not all the places on the continent are safe to travel to. Egypt, South Africa and Namibia are the best. If you happen to come to South Africa, give me a shout.
